Contract Administrator and Sales Project Manager
Hayley Conroy is Contract Administrator and Sales Project Manager for ICS Advanced Technologies. She currently supports ICS’s sales process throughout the contract lifecycle and is dedicated to ensuring open lines of communication beginning at project inception.
Hayley has been on the ICS team for seven years, starting as a temporary employee in ICS’s technical support department configuring Internet equipment. She has worked in several departments since then, holding Inside Sales to Sales Assistant roles, eventually taking her current position as a liaison between Sales and project implementation.
Hayley received her Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Political Science in 2017 from Iowa State University in Ames, IA. She earned her paralegal certificate in 2018. She is currently a graduate student, earning her Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Analytics from Drake University in Des Moines, IA. Go Bulldogs!
In her spare time, Hayley enjoys spending time with her three children, two dogs, two cats, and extended family.
