Install a single satellite dish and pay a discounted rate for each individual apartment.  It’s that simple!  Each apartment will receive one receiver and the Total Choice Package from DirecTV.  Tenants will have ability to purchase additional receivers and programming at their expense.

Analog Bulk with Digital Satellite Overlay

If you have a large property and are looking for a cost effective way to supply video services, look no further!  ICS can build a “headend system” to create a private cable system for your property.  With high revenue potential, this service is a great value.  Analog bulk provides standard cable type service and local High-Definition broadcasts on all cable jacks without the need for a receiver.  With the addition of a free satellite receiver, the tenant has the option to upgrade to digital services; including HD programming, movie packages, sports channels, international programming and much more.  Tenant pays for all upgrades.  

Digital DBS Overlay

This service is perfect if you are currently providing service from another cable provider, but want tenants to have a choice.  Providing a satellite overlay system removes the problem of multiple dishes popping up on your property.  We’ll install a 3 ft. dish along with all the splitters and filters that are needed to allow tenants to purchase satellite service.  Tenants simply pick a receiver from ICS and pay the satellite provider for any and all services.  This makes it a very low investment and no hassle for you, but adds great value to your property.
